one of the first hands in the 1k scoop ME Medium. at the time i did not know who ender555 is 😀

do you 3bet pre or just flat and play it straight forward?

do you fold, call or 5bet the 4bet.
i felt the 5bet was pretty strong KK+ as we are early in the tournament and the positions are also not general squeeze positions

flop? do you peel one?

I'd imagine he's not screwing around much pre-antes but I'd also think he'd do this with QQ to avoid a multiway pot. 

I'm absolutely 3 betting pre and the sizing seems totally fine. I'm also flatting as you did and probably calling one since we have the Kd which makes a pretty big difference. 

If he fires turn and it's a card that doesn't improve our equity I'll sigh and fold.

Agree with above. I'm not thrilled about getting in 300bbs even with KK. 3b preflop a bit bigger with the caller. Make it 4x, 600 this deep. Call 4b, he could be squeezing, repping a strong range UTG after the CO cold calls. Peel flop to 1/3 pot sizing with Kd. Fold to barrels on unimproved turns.
