Me: 28k

V1 Notes: 25 yo White kid. He has been fairly solid TAGgy whole time. Makes 3 bet plays now and again but not enough to fall into a LAG category.

I raise UTG+2 to 1200 with KT. Folds to SB who 3 bets to 3500.

First decision: I called getting a little under 3:1. Is this OK or no good?

Flop: (POT= 8500) A29

He bets 4k…Second decision – I called getting like 3:1.

Turn: (POT=16500) 8He checks…I checked back (BAD?)

River: AHe bets 8k.I folded.
I would like to hear your thoughts on all 3 streets and how I could have played this hand better IYO.

Looks fine. Your instincts are right that pre-flop is close. I can’t see anything other than call being best on flop, and I like checking the turn.
