V2 is chip leader and seems Loose Passive pre and straight fwd post flop

Eff Stack Size is HERO's stack with about 9 BB (5400) after posting Big Blind.

V2 limps UTG. V1 raises on BTN to 1500.
Hero has KQin BB… Is this where we put it in?

I'm going to say…I am on a a 2 month bad variance run and I am beginning to see the effects of it on my confidence. I feel like this spot is just a shove…but I am scond guessing myself as I feel her range is
TT+, AK. Against this range we are barely 30% we are not getting those kinds of odds here. Am I overthinking this?
