it feels like a fold to me, is that ok?

Definitely nothing wrong with a fold here.  You could flat, but not sure what card(s) you are rooting to hit other than broadway.

You can fold. If you have some stats, reads….etc where a squeeze might work, you could level it in here. Don't like flatting as an option at all.

I hear ya, it's not the greatest, but it certainly can't be terrible vs a guy with 170bbs MP open minus stats/specific read when we have 40bbs

Oops….misread the stacks. Thought we had 20 bb's…that's why I wasn't a fan of flatting. With 40….I guess not terrible.

100% fold here with your stack no need to be flatting a raise out of position. your only going to get sucked in. if the small blinds stack wasnt so akward or he folded the original raiser can def. fold to a 3 bet
