Villain was new to table. Small buy in on AP with rebuys. We are still in the rebuy period as well. Should I be risking it here.

Ok it concerns me he is in the BB so he could easily have some two pair type hand. I don think a set or made straight would play like this.  He should realize that your going to probably Cbet and that you may have an over pair so the donk lead shove puzzles me, if he had two pair I think he would check raise????  With all that being said I think he has pair plus draw.  But we are both very deep but since its rebuy which I just now noticed…shove all day here!!!!

Point well taken. Question? If we already have a stack, at what point during rebuy period are we no longer gambling to build a stack.

I'm assuming few things… First that UTG+1 folded… Second that starting stack is 1.5k without rebuy… and finally that rebuy period will end soon since blinds are 50/100…

If my assumptions are correct than I would fold here… We have a nice stack to continue after rebuy period is over and I would hate to lose 2/3rds of stack here and continue after rebuy is over with small stack… Tho, I agree with JDOG's analysis of villains range but I would simply pass this spot, most likely we have 65% of equity and I'm not in the mood to gamble since we already have a good stack…
