I have no knowledge on villian… just been at the table for 15 hands or so when this went down. Table did see me overbet shove an overbet with 63(bb, i checked) on a 373 flop(villian had 66). Very next hand I stacked same guy, my KK vs. his a7. Then 7 hands later this hand happens.
My check on the flop – i wanted to give him an oppurtunity to catch or try to take a stab at the pot on the turn, i wasnt sure what his range was to complete, and then flat my raise, WWYR?
Line check on turn- Do you put it in here? i really was not sure what to do. obviously, its call or raise. i decided to go with the smooth call, and call/shove river, regardless what the river card was.
Is this the right thinking with his stack being pretty small, or should i be raising to try and get it in?
Anyway what do you think?

I think i'd bet the flop because you're expected to c-bet the flop so he'll call you with mid pairs anyways. The hands he shuts down probably shut down to your turn bet anyways (cuz he's checking again if he doesn't hit). Sure you get a few hands to bet the turn or connect but I don't think it's going to make up for the value you lose when you get flop and river value.

Editing because I posted at the same time as RFB.
I rarely slowplay but this flop is one of those times when you definitely can. We flop the nuts blind vs. blind and it's unlikely he connected at all. There's no scary Turn card that can come. If an Ace comes it's probably a good card for us since a lot of people will limp/call b vs. b with Ax.
Once he monkey pots the Turn it feels like Qx or air. Not sure why Qx would pot bet, though. He could also have JT or a diamond draw.
Regardless, I think I like call/call better than a raise here. In the chance he's doing it with air and has convinced himself he's going to fire a second shell we don't want to do anything to take away the chance for him to hang himself.
And he only has 22 bigs which leaves a little over a pot sized shove. If we were deeper I'd probably min-raise him but I think he'll fold weak Qx hands here if we do since he has zero fold equity once we min-raise.
