What do you guys think about this hand ?
(It's SCOOP time in Italy)…So, villain on the BB is a regular, but he is clearly defending his BB awfully, he is folding 84%, I think this is a fundamental info for the hand, because it allows us to build a very precise range for him (broadways, pp, high suited connectors and AT, AJ (i dont even think he defends lower Ax, because of the “reverse odds” LOL)
So given this range it becomes a clear shove on the turn right ? because by checking back we simply give him a chance to hit on the river with all his flush draws/pp (he basically never floats in this spot imo so he doesnt have anything else !!)
As played i believe it's good to call his v bet ONLY IF he doesnt overshove because given the range i represent it's possible that he is v betting something like 66 77 88 99…is this analysis correct ?

dont we put more pressure on him when WE have a fd and he has a pp by shoving ott ? that was my reason for shoving …
So when we have a fd there, after betting like 2400 ott , we are always shoving river (even on a blank like 7h) right ?
Sure, but you'll have plenty of non-PP, non-flush draw hands in your range as well. It's possible that having a very small jamming range consisting mostly of strong draws is optimal, but you should have a much larger range for betting small. You should also have a range for betting turn and giving up on river, unless you have an exploitive reason not to.
