Just interested to here comments on this hand. Recently been trying to tone my possible over aggression in spots but I think I was a bit too passive or maybe I was just over thinking, I duno!

This is the second MTT have played with villain in UTG+1 and and he seemed capable and I cant remember him making any mistakes over 80+ hands prior to this one.

At the time of this hand UTG stats over 54 hands were 26/17

And UTG+1  were 49/16 but a 3bet % of 2.6 over 86 hands

I thing the thing that threw me off the size of his 3bet, the fact it was so small.

I was suprised it went ccc on the flop, but given I just called from the sb it may look like I called pf with a mid to small pocket pair and at the time, depending on the size of the bet on the turn I intended to cr the turn.  I didnt put camikate on much, just ak/aq maybe, but I thought sergiomotta may have been playing a bigger hand more cautiously. Or I may have been giving him to much credit.

Comments on all street appreciated, if I should have 4 b/c pre, or lead the turn etc? thanks

preflop is where the mistake is made, get it in! the min 3bet looks scary, but still, if he has aces, then just pay the man.

i would 4bet to 999 and obv never fold

You haft to 4 bet this preflop imo.

People will 3bet small(like him did) with all kind of hands nowadays. Not just aces. He will gladly stack of with AK for example in that spot.

As the hand went down it looks like the person that 3bet had AK and the other had KQ. So if you 4bet pre maybe you would have doubled vs the AK-guy.

Maybe a smallish bet on turn is good? Yes, a 7 in someones hand makes a straight. But what kind of hand with a 7 is possible for them to have?

The problem with how you played the hand is that you are in the dark. You are out of posistion and have no real clue what kind of hands they can have.

That makes it hard for you to get value from such a strong hand as Kings.

This is just what i think about that the situation.

Gl at the tables 🙂

been said before but 4bet/get it in, he could easily just be isoing the other guy small to have deeper stacks post flop

The sizing on the 3b def could be a misclick but I can't imagine not 4b getting it in here.

I'm 4 betting because the UTG open and UTG+1 raise shows strength in at least 1 if not both of those hands.  Get value!  4 bet/call or 4 bet/lead flop.

I would be asking myself if this is a good spot to slow play KK out of pos against two players with a raise and 3 bet ahead oh me. Not for me!
