Should i be looking to take a flop here vs an aggressive player on the button instead of shoving my value out the window or with my stack should i just get it in, or is it simply just balance? (blinds may have been going up soon also 6>)

20ish bb is 23bb.That's  huge difference Versus unknown villain and FTOPS structure I let it fold here. If villain is loose you can shove here.

i cant see folding here to a button raise.  this looks like a standard shove to me.

I think this is a shove spot, against an aggressive player like you mentioned. I don't think it's ever “standard” when you are putting your tournament life at stake (unless its AA/KK….etc), but it is a good spot to re-steal.

I actually don't mind doing a stop and go here…..call his raise, and jam any flop.

Well i'm certainly not just gonna open fold here when i know  the button is capable of opening very wide and folding most of that range to my shove, and when i am called KJs plays well enough vs his PP pairs and the Ax's that don't have us dominated and we play ok vs that range. I'm curious as to if this is always going to be a profitable shove shot vs this type of opponent (lag)or are there times in the tournament (FT,FTbubbles, really deep in majors) where just calling and stopngo/fitorfolding are better options.?

I'd say you're not far enough in the tourney to worry about anything but chip EV.  Pretty sure this is a profitable shove vs an aggro.

yah stacks are perfect for a 3 bet jam and your hand runs good if called

I prob go n go here with this stack but shoving is profitable against a loose BTN opener. Go n go is just something different that players raising from the BTN don't expect as much as a shove, so can put them off whatever they had planned, so I would raise to ~18k and jam flop if he calls, call pre if he jams.

I feel like some of the recommended moves are pretty aggressive and spewy against an unknown villain in a well structured tournament.

With his min raise I dont hate flatting KJs here and seeing a flop.
