I wish you wouldn't have posted the result, but I was going to tell you that I thought you misplayed the turn. When he floats the flop, there really is no reason to check behind with this texture and his stack size without a good read.
I think a 1/3 pot stab on the turn was the right move and then probably re-evaluate river…..probably calling most rivers.

Would go a little bigger on the flop, maybe around 400. Would maybe bet turn too but checking is okay if we're going to be most rivers. Not sure I like a river bet though because this is enough of a scare card that it makes betting a reverse freeroll – it changes the board enough that he basically never calls with worse, even though he rarely has better. I'm fine with checking turn if we bet most rivers that aren't an ace, but the ace is a tough card for us to get value on.
It's also important to note that the title of this thread shouldn't be “KJ vs marginal hand” because what the villain actually had is irrelevant, and you didn't know it going into the hand. It should be “KJ thin value river spot” or something similar.
