last orbit he call my raise and fold to cb.

2 orbits ago he shove my raise.

so i guess he is probably not going to fold a raise…

To me you have several options here:

1.) raise to 2.5BB and call a shove.

2.) raise to 2.5BB and fold to shove

3.) open shove

4.)complete and shove over a raise of 3BB (i leave out the times you have to play a flop OOP)

5.)fold

1.) if you open to 2.5BB i expect villain to reshove with 22+,A2s+,K7s+,Q8s+,J9s+,T8s+,97s+,87s,76s,65s,A2o+,K8o+,Q9o+,JTo (34.2%) your equity is 46% vs that range

2.) same as 2.)

3.) if you shove he calls with about 66+,A9s+,KTs+,QTs+,JTs,ATo+,KJo+ (12.4%) your equity is 35% vs that range

4.) if he is aggro he should raise about 50% of his hands here if you complete and call with the same as he calls the open shove (12.4) so he folds about 75% of the time and the remaining 25% we have 35% equity to double up

5.) needless to say

this leads us to the following EV:

1.) EV=+12860 (1.286BB)

2.)EV=+8722.5 (0.872BB)

3.) EV=+14612.83 (1.46BB)

4.)EV=+55083.65 (5.5BB)

5.)EV=+0 (0BB)

so as we can see all our actions are +EV. As we are not only looking for +EV decisions but for the decision which maximize EV we should go for the l/shove with the assumptions we made

hope this helps.

cheers

P.S.: no guarantee that all the numbers are 100% correct

1) we agree that fold is not an option here.

2) the problem with 25 bb is that you don't want to push all in because it is kind of ok stack. i mean if you push and he wake up with         a monster, u feel like stupid to waste your 25bb on marge hand. but is it ok to shove here some time ? i had average stack
at that point of the game.
3) will be nice to hear more opinions…

Limp/jam is a very viable option here.

I lean to open jamming king high, bvb with 25bbb, pick up the blinds and antes and move on.  If you are called you will have decent equity to double up, but chances of running in to the top of his range is slim.  However, I do like the limp/jam line and it is something I don't do enough in this situation.  Best of luck at the tables.

I would definitely just jam that flop.  If he has a J or Q you have 11 outs twice, and he's probably folding A high.
