I think it's a standard shove vs 2 random players ( I might be wrong) But against a tight utg open, and a tight reshoving stack, can we fold JJ in this spot ?

pokerstove is your friend for these sorts of scenarios
personally, i think its a close fold, and even if they were fairly loose players it is still possibly a fold. you are basically flipping against a reshove range, and you probably have to take a few points off your equity in case the original raiser has a monster and decides to call too

the thing that leans it closer to a call is that you will still have 20bb if you reshove, the OR folds and you lose.
im pretty much on the fence with this one, if it was for your tourney life i definitely fold, but if you feel like a gambool then its ok too
