No info on V, not sure what to do here, what is your calling range? what you think is V range?

Hey Almo. I plugged in villains range until I got it to about 50% you and 50% him. And actually you need less than 50% to make this a call because there is already money in the pot. Here is the range to make it 50-50: https://gyazo.com/057c67596d0c46d64daac6203ded62a3
I think a lot of unknown villains would shove much wider than this. I think they would limp shove with pairs weaker than 99, and I think you have to add in a “random fish factor” there. I believe 10% of the time you’re going to call here and they are going to show up with 9Ts or something else equally weak. Sometimes he will have limped with AA here and shove 40+bb for some reason, but the vast majority of the time, you will be ahead here. Against an unknown, no reads, this is a call.

@SIGABA: i am quit sure that this method is wrong.
The way i would do it is determine the needed equity followed by giving villian some realistic ranges. If it is profitable vs most ranges i call.
Given my extensive work i have done on 25-40BB stack situations i am quite sure that AQo is a snap fold pre vs a realistic range

Aren´t we too deep to go on a weird pot like this for 44bb? When considering to gii on a flip versus his range I agree, I should have called, but again, I think this is just too deep for.
I should be raising more, like florianm1 said 1.1k, cause there is 44bb to go after

@SIGABA: you say you plugged ranges into until you reached 50%. that sounds to me that you were looking widden the range until you find X% equity that you say we can call.
Alos looking at the link your range is completely linear which is def not the case.

Seems to me that we can pick a better spot than this for 75% of our stack. Although 2 to 1 looks like a call here we need to take into consideration where we are in this tourney, MTT format as well (ie re-entry, Turbo, Freezeout). IMO we are walking into a tighter range here, its not uncommon for players to limp jam UTG w/ AA KK QQ AK.
In saying this we are missing some information here, like how long have we been at the table w/ this V, how quickly did he jam (tank shove or snap shove) and what is our image is important as well. You stated that we have no info on this V he has 45bb and maybe he is solid (unlikely limping in this spot), or he Fished/Gambled it Up early (going back to Format if a R/A). In a vacumm I fold in this spot and pick a better one.
