You still have a lot of equity in this hand but for me, the queen would slow me down.

Your hand is too good to be turning it into a bluff so I would be checking here with the intention of calling, but would fold to a shove. Both villains give the impression of being weak with their limping pre flop and you still have enough BB to be able to get away from the hand if you have to.
