70th hand over a $3.30 6max on Stars. When I check back the flop I'm thinking I want to keep in his worse pairs like TT,88,77,66 and 9x to get value from on later streets, but when he fires on turn and river are we good to call? He's unlikely to think he can value bet any of the pairs above so we really don't beat anything, but a bluff. What are your thoughts? Also, is checking back on the flop here fine to do, or are we missing value from the pairs above who don't believe we have an Ace?

Played fine although I think I bet flop most of the time here. You are rarely going to get 3 streets against worse unless villain is a calling station. So I think I bet flop, check back turn, and then see what he does on river. If he leads blockish I probably call, if he leads bigger I may fold. If he checks I value town him and he pays me off with worse 2 pair. As played your hand is under-repped and I think he's definitely betting 9x so I think you have to call.

Absolutely agree with this line. Just like to add that there are a lot of players at these stakes that instantly assume you have air / weak hand when you check back flop and will lead barrell turn and river with air or weak made hands thinking they have the best of it ro can get you to fold, he could easily have 5x, 9x or any pocket pair 66+, obviously he could have an A but less likely. I think you have to call here on rvr. By not Cbetting flop you have left yourself an information gap which is probably why you're not sure in this hand.

Had villian taken this sort of line from BB before? What % hands had he played from BB? etc. Had he check raised dry A high flops before from BB? If so I can understand a check back.  All useful info to know before and during this hand.

As played I call the river here, your hand is under-repped. There aren't many hands beating you here, just Ax and sets. Pay the man off.

I don't love checking back A high flops here as it seems transparent to me – if you had totally missed this flop then you would cbet the A high flop every time right? So I think when you check it back it so often means you have a mid pair and are pot-controlling the with an ace out, though from some players it could be Ax or monsters too.

Hard to go wrong cbetting here, but I don't hate checking behind OTF in 6max for the purpose of extracting value on turns/rivers.
As played seems like an easy river call. If you aren't comfortable calling these river spots then you def should fire the flop or c/r this turn (430ish)

At this stack depth I prefer b flop/b turn/check down rivers
