Sorry the HH layout sucks, go by the seat numbers.
The structure sucks on this site, 8min blind levels everyone has pretty short stacks=very shovey/luckbox games near the end. Still I want to play well. No HUDs, no real reads.
Is this a call
thx

If you're 7bb deep it's a call, you don't have room to wait for a better hand. I would only consider folding this hand if I was sure the bubble will most likely burst before the blinds come around, but that's not happening any time soon. At 30bb the only thing that would stop me from over shoving is if I had a very good reason to think either Jimasaint or Philly were overly strong.

Technically this is a 3b shove with an overcall, as opposed to a 4b pot.
The 4x open is… interesting. I'm just going to assume Philly is a fish, so we really won't be able to dredge up a lot without previous history on his range.
Lets consider the shove and caller ranges though. The 8BB stack is really likely to just show up with everything shoveable here. Seriously like 22+/A8s+/ATos+/Broadways. The overcall is going to be more weighted to 77+/AJ+/KQ and maybe some more less than stellar hands. It is interesting that he just flats though, instead of shoving for isolation. That's going to lead me to put him more at the top of his range, as if he's hoping that Philly reshoves. Again, that's dependent on player skill.
Sadly, with 7BB we can't ever fold JJ. Best case scenario, they both have AK or underpairs. Worst case we run into AA. We just don't have the stack to fold JJ here. If we had 18+BB, then we can fold. Anything between 7-18BB is a situational spot that is dependant on players images and game flow.
