Hey Guys, wondering what your thoughts are in this hand?
34-39 hands on the villain, he’s from Russia, so i’m guessing likes to gamble lots…

I think you can reduce you bet sizing on both flop and turn. I like the fact you c bet on the flop keeping control of the pot but I think 1/3 pot gets the same job done and you save chips when you get called.

Your turn sizing is too big, again betting something like 2.2 k gets the same job done.

As played I think its a fold here. Villain may be spazzing out with a random 6 in his hand coz lets face it this is a 3 dollar tournament. At the same time he has K x in his range too flatting from the SB so I think just move on to the next hand and save your chips.

Mate i sometimes check behind either flop or turn here

In this spot we’re highly unlikely to get 3 streets of value from a worse hand than ours
So by checking behind turn we let him bluff rivers with his air (A2/A3/A6 or whatever) and we may also get a second street of value from weak made hand like A5, 76, 88, 99 b/c they dont believe us when we check turn

Also agree with Van about Cbet sizing could be a bit smaller

As played looks like we’re def beat unless he has picked up some sort of draw/combodraw with A6s or something

like a bet/check/bet line here, agree with hapetimes about this being a thin value/pot control spot. since nothing we beat calls 3 barrels.

bet sizing could be smaller aswell.

As played def fold, I cant see him raising a double barrel with air on that board
although suits would be nice to see what kind of flush draws are out there.

I mean he could be raising combo draws but that would require a read before Im doing anything other than folding here

Wouldnt help to see what suit the cards are? lol..Pretyy tough to range em here without em. Or is it just me? As the others said, it looks like your betting too much..Slightly below 50% 1150-1200 is plenty on the flop. U do have to be careful not to make it too small, cuz a lot of people will shove over if they feel weakness. With that being said, this same 30-40% cbet works well when trying to induce chk raise or shoves.:D…gl

I also like a bet-check-bet line, I always think it gets looked up lighter. Also. Agree about bet sizing being 40% instead of 55%

Basically what duggs said lol

Just an obvious tip for those who may not be aware…. Set some hot keys for standard bets, ie, 40%, 55%, 60%… this will help with consistency and perhaps reduce bet sizing, timing tells.
