i would probably go for the check raise on the flop
on the turn, you beat AT and AJ and bluffs, that might possibly do this, and behind to a whole bunch of hands.
probably a fold.
PS use the hand converter it is much easier to read

You could raise his turn raise. If he is bluffing or has a weak ace he is probably going to lay it down. If he has AQ or AK he will call or shove, then you will know where you stand. If you just call you could run into trouble on the river thinking you might be ahead. A fold here would also not be a bad move because of how early it is in the tournament. I would probably fold just because of how early it is and AK, AQ are possibilities. Plus reads on opponents are not developed yet.

3betting turn here is spew imho – there are worse hands that will shove on you as well, such as AhXh
if you want to continue calling turn and calling any non heart, T or J river is much better because you see river for roughly the same price as your turn raise, and you actually get to showdown. raising turn puts you in an incredibly tough spot.
having said that, i dont like raising or calling turn, folding is much better.
here is a pretty wide range that villain could have – note that i have included a lot of suited and off suit aces and kings that we beat that i dont think are in his range that often, but i wanted to keep it pretty wide. even with this wide range we are crushed

I think it's good that you realized it's usually a fold here. He committed almost 33% of his stack after the Turn raise so we're fortunate our opponent was not a very good one.
For what it's worth I like c-betting better than going for a check raise. A lot of times your opponents might choose to check their drawing hands in early levels so you don't want to give it away for free.
