Big $5.50 on Stars. I’m readless on the villian as he just got moved to the table except for the previous hand.  Previous hand he called a shove with KQs in mp2 vs another big stack and 3+ others to act behind.  Tournament Shark had him at 10 stars over 1469 mtt’s and a neg average profit.  My read on this table is that I will get folds from the blinds 99% of the time here unless they wake up with a monster.  I needed a double up and figured my A could easily be good here and it’s suited. (BTW my shoving slightly less than my stack was because I had been doing this effectively at the table for a while as a lot of them were MTing. In case I got a fold I wanted to stay consistent.)

A couple of questions:

1) Is this a correct shove with 15bbs here vs this villian?

2) Should I be relying on Tournament Shark for part of my reads on unknown players?

Yes, correct shove but just put your whole stack in.
I don’t use tournament shark so I’m not sure.

Tournament Shark is by poker pro labs and shows the Top Shark stats for players at your table (except Roi.) Very useful to see who are regs etc

I dunno… I think it's funny to raise like 80% of your stack pre instead of jamming and it really fucks with people's heads. The spot itself is absolutely fine.
