My recent image at the table is fairly tight and I haven't been involved in any pots in the last few orbits.  I ran the EV calculations and it looks like it is slightly -EV due to the number of callers behind.  Does my image justify a shove or should I let this spot go?  Either way, please explain…

Hmmmm, I think i would have just raised 1.5x or so. KTs to me is more of a spec hand. I could see shoving on the flop as he probably has fold equity there, but my guess is that you are only going to get called by better hands.

The problem with “image” is that it does not matter what you think your image is, it only matters what their image of you is. That is really hard for you to quantify. Image, for me, is easier to ascertain live then online.

IMO, you would really like multiple callers with this hand as it is prett well self-disguised. Plos for me, on the flop, it is pretty easy to toss if I don’t hit the hand.

with your image i think you can prolly open fold i dont suggest this often but if you shove i dont think you want a caller anyway so try the old under 20 open with the intention to fold if played back at it looks super strong as 95% of players are open shoveing this spot or just fold, late position i just rip this in.

Fold unless blinds are going up in next few hands and if the tourney has big jumps in the levels.
Looks like you still have time to find better spots.
