I'm trying to get a little more creative/aggressive and find spots to chip up and create a more intimidating image.
No reads on the button. The small blind was a passive station who limped and called a lot.

Looks great imo. Hand that flops well if one does have a hand, more likely getting folds and chipping up. I think its important to not change betting paterns to get paid off huge when involved with pots with these two later. Meaning if you think there coming in light keep that pressure up. Don't be scared to jam with your premiums too. Thats the best benefit of mixing your jam selection and doing it regularly if possible, getting paid.

I think this is bad. First: you have a hand that plays well post and multiway. By jamming, you take away any edge your hand potential may have. Second: Teh stack sizes are awkward for this …especially at a $2 tourney. As you well know, people limp call with any pair. If one calls the other one think their getting “pot odds” to call because they've seen it on TV.
Unless you have history that the btn is stealing light, I'd shy away from this.
dont think it's a BAD play at all. You do have to look for spots to resteal and spots to 3bet shove. I like the situation and i like the hand that your doing it with.
I do think you have wait for some info on your opponents before you go for it here though. I would wait until you have a read that your villains opening range here is pretty wide. A read that your villain is able to fold once he's committed chips (some guys at $2 JUST DONT FOLD TO A SHOVE once they've opened). I would also wait for a spot where ive built a solid image and have therefore earned more fold equity.
not BAD… just mis-timed imo
Given the info, it's bad or ill-timed….
Without any relevant history or view hands, it's just not something to do out of the blue. If this is the case, then you should be able to do it with worse hands. I hate wasting the value of the hand wihtout any further information. You are getting great odds to call with a hand that plays so well.
