Playing in a $2.20 on stars
Blinds 60/120 ante 15
I have no reads as i late regged and its been a quite table and i doubled up already AA vs KK, so i have 6300.
So UTG+1 flats then mp1 calls, im in mp2 and have 99 n raise to 495 (any thoughts on the raise). The Hijack calls, folds round to utg+1 who calls and mp1 calls.
Flop comes Ac 7c Qh
checks to me and i c-bet half pot (should i c-bet to rep the A), HJ folds UTG+1 tanks for a while then shoves 5k and other player folds.
So im thinking the villian doesnt have an A as he would prob raise pre, i dont think he has A7s as he would raise pre aswell. So i dont think he would shove with a Q if he puts me on an A, i also dont think he has 77 as he would raise pre. So the only hand i can put him on is a flush draw which is obv a call. But does anyone think im behind here?
What do people think
Cheers

I probably just limp behind pre ante after two ppl limp. If just one limper then I’m more likely to iso. Also more likely to iso the closer I am to the button. As played you can cbet but snap fold to any resistance. Best case scenario you are up against a flush draw and even then you arent ahead by that much especially if he has an overcard too. He can easily have a7, 77, qxhh. People will limp weak suited aces and the smaller pairs. We really should never be considering calling here though.

i think isolating or just flatting to set mine pre are both good, and i would do either some of the time i think.
on the flop, you dont need to bet half pot as your cbet, maybe it 33-40% and it will get the same job done and you will save chips

I agree, i don't think we need to cbet into 3 other players with two overs and a flush draw out there, im most likely c/f this flop. I do raise pre, and hope to go into the flop HU. Why do you say that the villain doesnt have an A or A7, maybe even 77 if you said you dont have any reads as of that moment? I believe a lot of players will take this line with A7, not that is a good flat pre, but that doesnt mean people wont do it. It may also be a FD, maybe QhXh some % of the time.
Another thing is I dont see the point in trying to represent and A here, what do we fold? TT? Qx is not folding I think, so we are basically only called by hands that have us beat. IMO, raise pre is good, check / fold flop. What do you guys think?

I definitely like to iso pre here, not a fan of setmining with 99 against no preflop aggression. Your sizing pre seems fine to me.
I would be planning to cbet any flop HU and quite a few if 3 handed. But when you still get 3 callers I am pretty much fit/fold.
When you then cbet and get jammed on obv there are draws in his range, but also Ax (inc A7) and 77 are in there too. I'm not a fan of calling off hoping to see a FD and then still having to fade 9+ outs. Your cbet was a steal attempt and now you find yourself thinking about making a hero call for your stack in an ugly spot.
I personally limp behind here. I think that people who limp are often calling too much/too lightly too. So i think most likely people are calling here even after your raise. Even when you raise, if UTG calls, MP probs calls too because he thinks he has the right odds. Im never cbetting the flop against this many people, although you can rep an ace, i dont think anyone who has limped with an A is ever folding to the Cbet. Against that many callers im trying to see a free card so C/F would be my line.
