for me at this point of a tourney im opening at just over min so its 4095 for me  but you are under 2.5 so your def. on the right track. fwiw AA is always nice to have late but a little unlucky to pick them up utg and im sure with your stack size you havnt been that agro so its going to scream a monster when you open one hand later and ur gold who doesnt love aces in the BB

I would have went with 2.5x or 3x but that is a decent bet size. More importantly have you been consistent with your bet sizing with hands you choose to open. If this bet differs from what you usually raise it could scream monster. Kind of like ttwist said above-if your bet is lower or higher then your usual raise opponents become suspicious.

I probably go a little less at this blind level BUT whatever you do keep your raise sizing fairly consistent which by that I mean don't open for 5000 in one pot and 4100 in another but opening like 4234 or 4322 chaning the numbers slightly should be fine.

My concern was that possibly I made it too small and gave the BB the right price to call with atc. Although if I make it bigger I may get no action.

Just an unlucky spot…opponent holding 84os.

Ignore results…

I agree with everyone that your pre-flop raise size should be the same through-out the level.  I although do want to add one thing.  Everything you do at a poker table should be the most optimal line possible vs. the current players at your table.  For instance if for the last 3 levels every hand is 4 way action with many many calling stations then I may tighten up my raising range, BUT increase my pfr size to exploit the stations and get more value for my hand that is most likely ahead of the stations flatting range.
