pretty sparse on information.

some stats would really hel analyzing this better

 

what are his 3bet %, do they deviate OOP vs steal? any other tells?

 

as given here i tend to fold. 

reasons:

1. sizing does not look like you ahve much FEQ

2. 8$+tight=nit 3betting range

I'd find a fold here , v on the bb is a short stack so i doubt v is 3-betting from sb wide here.

Tight player in sb, i find a fold here as well. It's good sizing on V's 3-bet as well. You can't flat and leave yourself 19bb (i mean, you can but don't think you want to) after the flop when you don't hit. Tight player, with shorty behind, 3-betting, I give him credit for a premium hand.

Are you 3x-ing to discourage a call from the SB? Do you 3x with a certain range and/or only on the button?
