i don’t raise weak off-suit Ax like this from EP, so i’d fold preflop.
as played, this is a perfect flop to c-bet, so bet the flop. somewhere ~1/2-2/3 pot.
as played, i think i’d give up and hope to get to showdown. i’d c/f the turn, and def fold after betting and getting raised.
really, though, watch your preflop raising ranges. in tournaments, where effective stacks are often short, your first line of defense is going to be preflop. and in these small stakes tourneys, you’re really best off keeping it tighter and straightforward in EP when so many players flat and force you to play raised pots OOP.
also, it’s not like many of these players are going to be paying attention and see that you aren’t really raising from EP and will still pay you off when you do pick up a hand.
stick to solid fundamentals, play pots with good hands or when you have position and solid reads.
On what hagbard said, in a lower type tournament it’s better to stick with hands with some decent equity if you’re opening in early position and have a table where people are prone to calling. Things like broadways, suited connectors, suited aces etc. This flop is fine to cbet as he is going to have to have a K or a Q to continue and his range consists of a lot more than that so if you get to the flop this way definitely cbet, don’t wait until the turn to do it.
