Ten handed monthly donkament – $340 – 40 minutes levels – starts with 300bb
Currently @ 50/100 – 13k effective stax
baby boomer who plays pretty badly (doesn't understand position or stacks as I saw him call off a 3x raise oop with 15bb, then bet 3/4 when checked to and folded to an all in raise) and has since come back 3x from utg. He has 8000 behind. it folds to hero with 75s in MP two seats later. Can anyone find a 3b here. Table has been playing taggy – not to stationy. I've seen a lot of pots opened before me in the early levels. I thought this was an interesting 3b spot.

The problem is you still have like 5 people to act behind you, so even if this is marginally +EV vs this player, there's about a 20% chance of one of those other players waking up with something premium, and that cuts into your value significantly.
