I assume blinds are 200/400?  The converter is confusing me a bit today.  If he is shoving his entire range here (which he should be), Q9 is probably a call.  It depends on if you have any information about the shover.

I followed the hand convertor advice and after a few times i just added in the blinds manually.

i imported the hands from hem to the flopturnriver.
