I have a quick question:
Which one is better, Icmizer 2 or holdem resources 2?

I play MTTs only…. What does one have that the other does not?
I figured the best would be to learn to use one of them fully to have all saved ranges, structures, study as efficient as possible.

I play mostly small and some mid stakes MTTs and going to start study a lot more. Are there any more must have programs? I already have poker copilot, iholdem indicator and flopzilla.

i like holdemresources more.

i would also think of gettign a copy of CREV. it can do most of the stuff the other two can do and on top of that it can also do some really, really, really, really cool stuff for your postflop game.

I recently got HR, its pretty easy to use and import hands. I think icmizer may be able to calculate weird bubble spots (like 46 ppl left, 45 get paid) but aside from that I don’t see a whole lot of advantages

I prefer HRC for a variety of reasons.

1. Ability to run complex raise/fold GTO and exploitative analyses easily. This is extremely important and to my knowledge, ICMIZER is pretty limited in its capacity to do things beyond fairly basic heads-up hands with simple decision trees.

2. Clear and concise interface.

3. Cheap – HRC is something like 8 euros a month.

However, I am yet to use ICMIZER 2, so it’s possible the new version has features I’m not aware of.

Good question – quick question riffing off of this one:

I am in Maryland and cannot play online. Which of these programs, or any other ones, are best for LIVE players?

The only difference for live players is that you have to manually enter the hand details instead of importing them. For this purpose, I think HRC has the easier interface. Beyond that, everything is exactly the same.
