Do the pros factor in ICM considerations when making shove/call/re-shove decisions on money bubbles and at final tables?
In the videos I've watched so far I don't recall hearing any mention of ICM. How important is an understanding of ICM to a tournament player? I'm beginning to get to grips with the maths of ICM but I'm yet to incorporate it into my decision making process.
Most pros intuitively factor in ICM – meaning that they tighten up call ranges while also applying pressure as the aggressor during bubble spots. However, most don't do any math while at the table. A few will do calculations away from the table.
ICM is a pretty important concept because it's taking into account the tangible value of $$ in your decisions.
Actually this is the next MTT math vid we're doing. Hagbard and I are working on the content now, and the video should be out in a few weeks.

Awsome, I really look forward to this video as I am making some final tables but only 1 1st, 1 3rd out of 8 final tables. I naturally tighten up if thers 2+ players with less then 50% of my stack but I am interested on the difference in shoving ranges and the actuall numbers of the math.
