MMM is a mtt beast with a few triple crowns to his name and is well known in the P5 community. coldflatter in sb made me think he had JJ or AK wanting to see a flop.

I know my bet sizing was on the low side but i wasnt sure if betting 60% of the pot was gonna scare away any callers or miss out on more value.

I think your bet sizing is small. At smaller stakes we cannot bet size like bigdog. Anyway, I would 3bet to 6 or 700. The turn bet in my opinion should be bigger also. As played you got to just call his river bet, dont think we can ever raise.

As far as the sb flatter pre, I think you give him to much credit. Just cuz you 3bet does not mean he is playing JJ+ or AK. I think he could flat the 3bet with any pair trying to hit a set and a lot of suited connectors and even medium Aces at this stake. Just some friendly advice to not give people such narrow ranges/credit for hands.

The villian that continued could have hands that beat us but we cant fold to the river bet.

agree its a must call. May even be a blocker bet with AT, JT.

Small bet sizing is most useful when your shorter stacked (20bb – 60bb) in order that you dont over commit yourself. This deep i would make regular sized 3bet (3 – 3.5x) and cbet (2/3 pot) if not a tad bigger, especially against multiple opponents where your more likely to get action.

i also think its a lil too small, pre i would raise to 600 and on the flop against 2 players sth like 2/3 of the pot.

Understood, this deep it's better to make my raises and bets bigger as I was indeed mimicking the BigDog betting under half pot, but when he does it it's because he's indeed shallower. I'll def keep it mind. Tx
