Hey guys, converter not working for me???    I'll try to modify myself to make it more readable.

This is middle of the tourney not early but still far from bubble, .

Is my flat on the Button OK?,  I am pretty sure I made a mistake on the Flop by not raising (actually I think calling was terrible), toughts?

On the turn as played, is it then a fold or should I call the shove.

Table 15 – 50/100 – No Limit Hold'em – 10:51:13 ET – 2011/03/01 Low Stakes. No reads new Table, but at these stakes you get a lot of callers with mediocre holdings.

Your flat is ok, you could have raised it up, but you were getting a good price to defend, 3s is not a monster.  With the small pair and your straight draw, you could have taken a stab at it post flop. This may have prevented someone with a weak ace from continuing.  I agree with your fold, with that many people in the pot I am sure someone has an ace and you still have two left to act.
