Can anyone point to where I can find out how to post my hands from PT4, watched the vie from 2010 which shows it looking quite simple. When I copy from PT4 i have tried in 3 formats. One in Raw, one in Forum format 2+2 etc and one that just says copy?

This has likely come up b4 but have trawled through post and can not find anything.

Any help would be much appreciated.
