ok I will just try to make this very simple since im new at this.

12 people get paid, 12 players left $22 buy in on lock poker

– blinds 500/1000, hero(BB) stack (12k), villain is (sb) with(89K)

folds around to villain (89k) in small blind and he makes an open to 2500, he is running a 50/40, and playing very agg and catching good cards. We also have made the assumption that hes never folding after he opens into the hero BB, based on previous hands and calling off light.

now you are the hero (12k) with K7 off-suit and facing a sb open of 2500 from the chip leader who is super agg.

What is your play with your last 12bb v aggro chipleader?:

A. 3bet Jam
B. Fold and wait for a spot to open shove

please let me know what you guys think and what isthe most optimal play at this point of the tournament.

think his openraise from sb vs ur stacksize looks really strong and in my eyes he is trying to induce a shove from u….

normally if such an aggro player shoves in this kind of spot i would call it with K7o and 12bb, cause he can shove like 100% of his hands in that spot.

to that 2,5BB openraise i would fold, cause as mentioned above it looks like he has some kind of strong hand he is inducing with

and if he has a clue about what he is doing he will never fold to your shove anyways

I agree that its looks stronger with the raise…because he would dev shove his junk…but I still think its a call but the ones you hate to do…only because of the 12bb stack

Imo, it's an easy fold. I think if you shove he is calling with out question.

Fold and wait for an open shove spot.
