So I was playing a Sunday millions spin and go and the ticket came up as the prize and I won and I dunno what to do with it, I might sell it to a friend but I would like to actually play it for the experience, so does anyone have any tips for going from low to high stakes? Or maybe one of the pros could give me some coaching and help fix my leaks, anyway I know this is a weird post but I would just like some advice.

Much love, llinoscarpe

Just play your game dude, and enjoy yourself…HS NLHE is the same game as micro stakes. I don’t think there is any way to become a HS player by Sunday…get some intensive coaching, watch  a ton of videos, this might help a little.

My advice would be just to have fun and bank yourself some HS experience. I would advise you perhaps to play more timidly, try to make the money…just get time/ experience value from the thing.

How much is a Sunday Million spin n go out of interest?

Or you could unreg and take the tournament$.

I’m not sure about those spin n go’s…I tend to only play them when I am busto and get down to 6 bucks in my account…then I make a desperate and pathetic scramble to spin n go my way to an $8 180 turbo ticket. The idea being I win that and have half a roll again. But it usually ends up badly.

Are spin and go’s even beatable long term?

I hate being busto.

I would actually take the T$ and continue grinding micros and maybe take a few bigger shots, especially if this would represent a big portion of your current bankroll.

I might decide to play if I won multiple seats and wanted now to be the time to take a shot. Though it is a soft tourney, it’s still a huge field and not cashing is of course a possibility. So as long as you’re not too bummed out if that happens, then go for it.

GL whichever way you decide. And give us some updates if/when you play!

I say play it… I won a ticket to the $150 100k sunday tourney about 4-5 years back on carbon poker for $2. I was super excited about playing it and went on to get 27th out of a field of 1000+. Paid a little over $750 which at the time was the biggest score i ever had. Just so you know back then if i played anything over a $5 tournament it was a huge deal to me. Take your shot bud
