ok I will just try to make this very simple since im new at this.

12 people get paid, 12 players left $22 buy in on lock poker

– blinds 500/1000, hero(BB) stack (12k), villain is (sb) with(89K)

folds around to villain (89k) in small blind and he makes an open to 2500, he is running a 50/40, and playing very agg and catching good cards. We also have made the assumption that hes never folding after he opens into the hero BB, based on previous hands and calling off light.

now you are the hero (12k) with K7 off-suit and facing a sb open of 2500 from the chip leader who is super agg.

What is your play with your last 12bb?:

A. 3bet Jam
B. Fold and look for spot to open shove

please let me know what you guys think and what isthe most optimal play at this point of the tournament.

jamming or folding, probably jamming, although if you think he is never r/f and only r/c the top of his range we can fold to a raise and snap off an open jam and exploit his range.

yes to me its a snap call if he open shoves, but the question is against this opponent, what are you doing with your last 12bb as he opens into you?

probably jamming, not flatting ever, and not 3betting less than all in ever.

given your reads what do you expect his r/c range to be?
