I decided to 3bet shove with 55, I felt because I was 4 out 4 I needed to make a move….thoughts??

Yeah this is totally fine. All-in or fold are your only 2 options here on a 18 bb stack and any pocket pair 4 handed has a good amount of strength.

Seems absolutely fine.  You have fold equity and this seems like a perfect spot to resteal.   If you get called, there are a lot of times where you are racing, and you need to put yourself in position to win the tournament.  Winning this pot could potentially be the difference between getting 4th and getting 1st.

The BB woke up with freaking A10o lol, after a raise and a 3 bet shove, 10 on the turn….

But I guess with his stack its a fine call…

It's not a fine call… but we want bad players to make calls like this.  They'll lose in the long run and make us money.
