This is on the exact money bubble. The shorty on button has 1 ante(HEM has miscounted) and will be all-in next hand.
Is this a profitable push?
What should the 2 guys in blinds call with? ( And how do we go about assigning a call range?)

i dont really like this shove because the guys in the blinds are so short. if they both had 12bb as well then i think its ok.

I agree with Benny, I do not like this shove. If you are called you are prob. beat and you give up a few BB. I would wait to get it in with something better- allowing for the chance to come back or very least cash higher.

I don't like this shove. Yes were near the bubble and it's right to turn up the aggression. But with the BTN having what? 1/2BB he will most call with anything so 45o is barley ahead. The worst factor aswell I can think of is if that small stack calls you or anyone else to be infact that they will see ur wide open shoving range and this could hurt your table image.

The shorty with an ante had numerous chances to get his stack in on multiway pots (he wasn't after just getting a beat leaving him with this stack), and both blinds were fairly tight , folding spots where they had a chance to get the chips in.

If you guys are in the blinds, knowing well that the shorty is all-in next hand, what range are you calling off your stack with?

I would be shoving. Who cares what the guy with .18BB has. Even if he calls and wins you still win chips if the blinds fold. If the blinds are tight they are probably only calling 66+,A10+,KQs, probably even less than that. What are the antes? Is this a final table?

i would think this is a perfect spot to pick up the blinds since both blinds have clearly being folding there way to get into the money and shortie has just 1 ante.

89.9% Fold – Your Expectation = +3450 (if ante is 150), +2400 (no antes), +3800 (if ante is 200)
2.9% Opponent Calls and you win = +23450, +22400, +23800
8.1% Opponent Calls and you lose = -11650, -11400, – 12000
So (89.9*3450)+(2.9*23450)+(8.1*-11650)/100 = 3101.55+680.05-943.65= +2837.45 (if ante is 150)

(1st time ive made this calculation, so im def not sure its right)

havent taken the shorties 1 ante into the calculation tho

ur thoughts?
