BB posts BB 80

Pre Flop: (pot: 80) Hero has  Adiamond Kspade

Hero raises to 200, foldMP raises to 320, fold, fold, fold, fold, Hero calls 120

Flop: (720, 2 players)  9spade Kheart Qdiamond
Hero checks, MP bets 8,527 and is all-in, Hero?

vil is a spaz – -36% ROI on OPR . He is running 50/12 pre although his post flop stats indicate he's a little straight forward with only 22afq otf.  That said – is it worth gii here this deep?

Why is this a call? I get that he’s a fishy player, but I’m sure there will be better spots than this to take his chips. He knows he looks spazzy, that’s why he gets paid off in this spot with his KQ, or JT or K9 or Q9.

Spazzy villains don’t know they look spazzy otherwise they wouldn’t be spazzy.

Agree with Kalculater. Nobody is min-3betting and donk-shoving this flop with the nuts just to level people. If he is doing that, he's doing it because he doesn't know what else to do, because he's a spazz.

I can't fold here. He could have AA or QQ or something, but he could just as easily have QJ or K4 or AT or something. Spazzes gonna spazz.

Agreed on the call, but a question on the preflop play. Wouldn't 4 betting be a better line here since we are OOP? I really haven't defined his hand at all with the flat given his stats.

While oop sucks and we gotta minimize it (i think we should anyway), you have to play post flop oop sometimes, or a lot. So I think the best thing to do is to probably not have a 4b at all in this spot. You’re utg and he’s mp. You can do a lot of neat things if you go postflop with your whole opening range here. I’d be more concerned with like AJ/AQ but still probably paying 1-3 bets vs described villains when we hit. This keeps his range as wide as it possibly can be.

Plus when people cap your range without actually doing it to yourself, you make moneys. I flatted a btn open while in the sb with ATs, ck/raised T high flop, double barreled all in, and got a 60bb stack against KT. People go crazy. Basically he doesn’t expect me to ever have a T and assumes I’m spazzing with a small pocket pair. I realize as I type this out it’s not really the exact point I wanted to convey, but it still feels similar. Yes you lose money having to ck/fold a lot and yes a lot of the time your bluffed, but youre making more money when you hit, youre making money in different kinds of spots. If you continue with your whole opening range this way, depending how wide you are, you may even still be ck/calling this for value.
