Can I afford to let the blinds pass in this spot and hope it's folded around me in later position for a shove spot with 10bbs or do I need to be pushing these 12bbs now with this hand?

Edit:  For what it's worth, I didn't let myself dwindle down, I ended up losing a significant pot at the previous level then won some back and just ended up in this spot.

Even though I hate the mid ace from EP I would say with your stack you have no choice mathematically.  Personally I like to throw math out the window sometimes and go with gut feeling in this situation.  If the bigger stacks have been calling light just take your 60 40 and hope to hold but I would rather have something like 10 J or 10 9 in this spot since you are usually called by AK, AQ or a mid pair.  I prefer to look at open shove hands knowing what hands are going to call.  With A9 you are almost always dominated so you have to hope for a steal or suck out.  But like I said, the math was against you in this specific case and 16% of your stack was about to get eaten within the next 4 hands.

I think that you should take this spot and shove… First of all there is a lot short stackers at the table and u won't get many chances to open shove, since almost everybody will look for open shove spots… Also that Miki Mous guy was opening every pot thats folded to him… So this could be a rare chance at that table that u could open shove… And I guess I will take this spot with almost any two since BB, BTN,CO and MP2 are short and they will need a real hand to call…

btw. I'be busted 8th, tho I was a CL when this hand occur 🙁
