All depends on the UTG+1 flatter. If this player is pretty good, they might have some traps in their range here, which makes 99 really awkward because we risk a huge ICM punt by getting it in. If you don’t think they’re ever trapping here, however, their range is mostly 77-TT and AJs/AQ, so I imagine they’re almost always folding to our reshove.

I’m inclined to think the latter will be true in most cases but depending on your read you might think otherwise. If there are no traps in UTG+1’s range, I think you have to go with this one, but even the occasional trap could make it really bad in ICM terms, so it’s close. Don’t think it’s bad to fold here if you’re not sure, but I think TT would most likely be one to get it in with.
