 He wasn't the most active player and Ive been 3betting and opening a lot of pots and cbetting most flops for the last two hours. Had to give up some hands and lost some chips in the final rounds.

Seems rather standard.  66 is rather strong 5 handed.  Button vs BB with those stacks I'm pretty sure I'm shipping and if he wakes up with a better pair its kinda a cooler.  Now if this guy was a super nit and I was getting away with running over the table I'd prob just flat knowing I'm stacking him if I hit my set.  A lot depends on what the table is giving you being shorthanded.
