Background- With two tables of five players left, villian eliminates opponent with kings in previous hand. bringing us to four handed(no hand for hand on network). Hero 693,833 Villian 751,184 (first in chips vs second in chips). Blinds 10k 20k with 2k ante.  Hero: QcQs utg open for 45,555. Villian: 3 bets button to 110,000. Action folds around Hero 4 bets 255,555. Villian snap 5 bet jams. A) do we call or fold, why? B) Would you just flat the 3 bet? C) Three bet shove?
