Is my 3bet Ok?

dont be results oriented.
if you are planning to 3bet QQ 25bb effective, you are planning to get it in. simple as that. if he has AA or KK then meh. obviously it sucks that it's in the sunday million (and i assume this might have been a shot you were taking, as it would be for me)
if you dont want to get it in here, you could flat, especially if you think his range is super super strong (30 hands isnt' really enough of a guide), but in general i dont think anything other than 3bet get it in is correct
tbh i cant fold here lol
maybe a larger sample size and some bubble factors could change all of that, but a villain with 23bigs aint folding JJ to our 3bet so i'd click call and hope he squeezes AK
Either way we got screwed as AA and KK crush us and JJ ended up sucking out anyway!
your 3bet sizing is fine btw (full 3x'ing to negate our positional disadvantage)

Im with Benny here. If you arent ready to get it in dont 3 bet this kind of player. if you do decide to flat you need to have a plan for the flop. if you are just flatting to hit a Q then just fold.

i think his range is probably wider, but for the sake of calculations, we will put villain on JJ+, AQ+, as thats about as tight as it gets.
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 51.336% 49.93% 01.40% 220586148 6203094.00 { QQ }
Hand 1: 48.664% 47.26% 01.40% 208782096 6203094.00 { JJ+, AQs+, AQo+ }
now in this case, we need to call another 8752 into a pot of 20932, which means we need to have at least 8752/(8752+20932)=0.295 = 29.5% equity for this to be a correct call.
our equity against QQ+, AKs is 28.5%, so you can see how tight villain's range has to be for this to be a fold.
the other thing to consider is that we still have 18bb if we call and lose, so thats still workable.
this is a very strongly a call in my opinion. if you get coolered, you get coolered.
