I decided to take a look through my play and came across this one. Truth is I am pretty confused as to what the standard would be in this situation.

These $3 KOs are so soft, I've seen people regularly make moves like this w/ 99, A8 or even just AQ+. At this stake you'll still be ahead of both players a chunk of the time – if you fold you'll only have 20 bbs and it's a turbo so you'll have even less than 20 bbs very soon. The SB's call can look scary, but you have to build a stack at some point in these. I don't generally like saying it's a $3 whatever, but in this case I'll say it and call – maybe even just ship it in to get the rest of Luc's stack when you are ahead.

I would call here too for the same reasons above.
I'm not saying it did, but try not to let the turn and river affect your analysis of the hand. Like if one of them ended up hitting a straight or two pair or even trips on one of those later streets then that doesn't necessarily make your fold correct. I know I'm guilty of being hindsight-biased whenever I make a bad fold but justify it by saying I would have lost if I played anyway. And many times I don't even get to be “correct” because a majority of the time that I level myself into folding, I would've won had I stayed.
Obviously you won't be correct all the time and it will always be situational. I like how ytseshred considers the overall tournament situation when making this decision. I have to work on thinking more in terms of the bigger picture and not just about the individual hand or blind level.
if your not cbet/calling that flop i wouldn't be cbetting at all against 2 players on a connected board. So if your not willing to go all the way with it here then just check.
I would always be looking to get it in here. Like Hapetimes said, so many combos of hands that your beating Vs hands that have you beat. maybe if effective stacks were closer to 100bb it might be worth thinking about folding
