Fold, you only have the straight draw and another 2 as an out. He could have an overpair to the board or possible flush/straight. To early to risk this much on dueces. IMO

pretty easy fold imo

I doubt the remaining two 2's are outs for you either

 

Also, i'd probably just flat the flop bet and go from there, raising like this would never make a better hand fold and it would open up the opportunity for worse hands to bluff putting us in this predicament

 

Our hand is far from the nuts early in the tourney and this pot is getting out of hand so just muck.

I think I would be just flatting this flop action and trying to control the pot a little at this point. Im never looking to raise get it in and you really dont want to get blown off  your hand when you do have a draw thats probrably going to win the pot for you. Your just way to deep to be getting out of line here so i thinking calling flop action and reevaluating turn is the way to go.
