Betsizing flop / turn ?

Feel a bit lost on river, feels like I have to call considiring potsize, but it is probably the worst card in the deck on the river.

Considering history with villain do you think he could be betting a 3x here? He would not particularly have any in his preflop raise range unless his VPIP/PFR were really close. If he isnt, then I think we can find a definite fold. No particular player is leading out this big on the river without the goods when he's bet min/called a raise for two streets. Could you provide his PFR stat?

Raise bigger on the flop to set up for a turn jam. Seems villain is fishy so we want to get a maximum payoff from Qx and draws. Besides that we want to protect our hand. Easy fold on river.

I'd 3bet and be ready to get it in pre, especially in a KO. I also think you should raise bigger on the flop. You got a lucky turn, but you really want to frontload your value on the flop so you can get money in against a Q before a spade falls and kills your action. Or, if Villain is drawing at spades, you need to get money before the river (unless board pairs on turn) because at that point he isn't going to pay you any more with AsX.

As played, a fold seems good. You should generally be folding when you catch the worst card in the deck for your hand.

I would largely discount a 3 in Villains range w the 1/8 pot bet on the turn.  The absolute nut worst river card…

Andrew, does the fact that this is a KO change pre from a call to a 3b?  I think I would, by default flat here, but depends on opponent a bunch too.  I'm also assuming a regular freeze.

Yeah, if flatting is very close to raise-get-it-in in a freezeout, then having a bit of an overlay when you get it in ought to be enough to swing that around to being the correct play.
