reviewing some HH and i realized that one of my biggest leaks is not getting max value from winning hands. bet big because i was scared of Q10. i realized after review of the hand that Q10 wasnt folding no matter how big i bet. should i scale down size of bet and proceed to get value or do i play it aggressively and charge any of em that wants to draw.

for starts i would never open this pot with your stack you are in shove or fold mode with that stack of 19bbs you are also under the gun and if your plan is to open and then fold to a 3 bet this is very weak poker and you just cant afford to give equity away at this point of a tourney. so with that being said if you do decide to open this pot it is a shove and most likely at the bottom of your shove range and with the other stacks at the table if you do get called your most likely crushed so if this was me i would muck and look for a good 3 be shove spot rather than an open steal spot. fwiw finding your self in the spot your in i would bet as well and obv never folding
