Was just wondering if we should be betting flop or checking back?  

reason why i checked was because i reckon this is a board which many players will be continuing on however If we bet we may get a hand like KQ/AT to fold , there’s not many turn cards we are going to like. So i guess if we bet we are pretty much betting for protection, even so we may not get called by worse we may get hands that have decent equity to fold. 

as for the turn seems standard to bet for value there.
