  I would fold here. I hate playing Dumb & Dumber(Jacks) this early in a tournament when I am not in position. The fact he rasied all in after you could signal a very strong hand or super aggressive bounty hunter. I am assuming he is the one that knocked the short stacked down to 80, if so, he is probably trying to protect the bounty he feels entitled too.  However, because it is early and your stack is good a fold here would not trouble me.  Your call on the short stack is something I would do for sure but I would want to be in control if other players entered the pot.
