hey hey

Reads – both opponents are loose aggressive, they also both tend to call with marginal hands pre.

I actually think i played this hand really well! , I like the check OTF , there's hardly any bad turn cards for hero , we also have a BDFD which is helpful.

how much are you looking to bet otr? if v has a pocketpair they now have a full house otr, do you think they'll call a big bet otr with those?

cheers.

If he is the kind to bluff when you look weak, then I would make it small, like 33,333.  If he is a calling station, then I would bet close to pot.

I agree. I was thinking 38K before I saw your response 🙂 Assuming these players are unsophisticated, sizing tells are less important. (This is where my HUD comment from the other day comes in. If V has a HUD and pays attn to stats, he may be able to figure out sizing tells on you.)

Were you checking with the intention of raising on the turn? This is another type of hand I struggle with.

Is V aggressive post-flop or just pre? If he's just aggressive you could check with the intention of raising. He's betting 77+ I think.

I think he was kinda aggro pre, but not too much, from what i remember.

my intentions were not to check raise turn btw and if we do c/r we might get hands like lower pairs to call but they'll probably fold on most rivers right? however if we check we might allow those hands to bet turn (thinking their good) and then we could c/r river. How often do you think a hand like 8s is betting turn here for thin value? they may try get value from lower pairs which may be in our range and maybe even flush draws which we may c/c here otf and ott. i'm really not sure though im guessing hands which are rather marginal in villians percieved range will be often checking back turn here and they'll probably bet those on the river when checked too right?, to get at least 2 streets.

I'd like someone else to answer so we can both learn.

If you're right, and I think you're onto something here, a HUD helps because it can help you determine whether someone is capable of such a move.
